Placeholder scope. The alignment was set out and the subgrade proof-rolled before any material went down. Sub-base and base courses were laid and compacted to specification, the asphalt wearing course paved and rolled to density, and drainage, kerbs and signage completed before the section was opened to traffic.
Placeholder scope. The right of way was cleared and graded, pipe strung and bent to the profile, then lined up and welded to an approved procedure with sidebooms supporting each joint. Welds were verified by NDT, the line coated and lowered in, hydrotested, and handed over with a full integrity pack. Ongoing maintenance covers inspection, repair and recoating.
Placeholder scope. Work is fabricated from issued drawings in the Ascord Yard workshop — material cut and prepared, sections fitted up in jigs, and welded by qualified welders to approved procedures. Dimensional checks and NDT are carried out before surface preparation and coating, and each item is released to site with its weld and material records.

Foundations were set out and cast, then the reinforced concrete frame raised floor by floor with formwork, reinforcement and concrete placed under supervision and cube tested at each pour. Blockwork, envelope and roofing followed, with mechanical and electrical services installed before finishes and handover.
