Our clients are audited. We work as if we are being audited.
Nothing goes to site without a plan, and nothing is handed back without records. This page sets out how that works in practice.
Five gates between an instruction and a completed scope.
Select a gate to see what is produced and who signs it.
Scope and planning
The scope is defined against the asset as found, not as drawn. Hazards are identified at this stage, when they are still cheap to design out.
Quality is a paper trail, not a promise.
Whether the deliverable is a supplied valve or a completed overhaul, the client receives evidence that it is what was specified and that it performs.
Request our quality policy →Every technician has a record, and it is current.
Trade and engineering qualifications held on file per technician and checked at hire.
Technicians trained and certified by the manufacturers whose equipment we service.
Working at height, confined space, first aid and permit training tracked with expiry dates.
Crews are supervised on site, with a named supervisor accountable per scope.
We do not claim accreditations we have not been given.
Certification and accreditation details are deliberately left blank here until Ikedison confirms exactly what is held and current. Auditable claims only.
Supply the certificate names, issuing bodies, numbers and expiry dates and they will be published in the table alongside.
