Ikedison International Limited, a company registered in Nigeria with its corporate office at Plot 88 RIVOC Road, Trans-Amadi Industrial Layout, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, is the data controller for information collected through this website.
Information we collect
We collect only what an enquiry requires in order to be answered.
- Contact details: name, company, work email, telephone and country
- Enquiry details: industry, product or service category, site location, required dates and technical scope
- Documents you attach, such as drawings, datasheets, bills of quantity or tender packs
- Recruitment information: CV, qualifications and certifications, where you apply for a role
How we use it
Information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and scopes of work, deliver contracted services, meet legal and tax obligations, and where you have asked for it, send requested documentation. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
Enquiry information may be shared with manufacturers and technical partners where this is necessary to source or support the equipment you asked about, and with freight, customs and inspection providers involved in a delivery. Recipients are expected to handle it confidentially and use it only for that purpose.
Retention
Enquiry and project records are kept for as long as needed to service the relationship and to satisfy legal, tax and warranty obligations. Unsuccessful recruitment applications are held for a limited period so that we can contact you about later openings, unless you ask us to remove them.
Your rights
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask for corrections, ask for deletion where we have no continuing obligation to retain it, and object to particular uses. Requests should be sent to info@ikedison.com and the specific statutory rights and response periods applicable in Nigeria will be confirmed on legal review.
Security
Access to enquiry and project information is limited to the personnel who need it. Technical documents shared with us are held with the same care as our clients' own drawings and specifications.
